Entree

Seared prawns served with fennel risotto drizzled with a lime crème friache
 
Turkey and chorizo Salad; roquette leaves, baby spinach, roasted hazelnuts, fetta,
spanish onion and semi dried tomatoes drizzled with white balsamic and honey dressing  
 

 

In Between
A crisp lemon sorbet served with mint to cleanse the palate
 
 
Main
Pork fillet wrapped around apricot and macadamia nuts placed above moroccan spiced cous cous; finished with a red wine jus
 
Kiev style chicken breast above a potato and chive gateau with an avocado infused hollandaise sauce
 
Served with a selection of steamed vegetables
  
Dessert
Belguim chocolate and honey crunch semi freddo with strawberry and balsamic coulis
 
Christmas pudding ice cream served in a brandy snap basket drizzled with rum syrup
